The new season of training has seen some good and some bad. Overall I am happy with the progress at a realistic rate. Pushing strength increased considerably thanks to fixing strength imbalances and jumping from 2 to 5 HSPUs. Everything else getting stronger like chin ups and external rotators. Flexibility made some improvements but nothing crazy. This is due to a lack of training volume, frequency and effort. This wasn't the primary objective but now I am fully focused on the front splits going forward.
