1. Prepare
DC21 : Domain Controller(Yi.vn) | DC22 : File Server | WIN111 : Client
2. Step by step : Create a hidden share on DC22
DC22 : Create a hidden share folder named "Report VIP"
File Explorer - This PC - Drive C: - Create two new folders named "Report" and "Report VIP"
Right-Click Report - Properties - Sharing tab - Advanced Sharing ... :
Check "Share this folder"; Share name : Report; Permissions : Everyone only Read - OK
Inside Report folder - Create a new folder named "Report Months"
Right-Click "Report VIP" - Properties - Sharing tab - Advanced Sharing ... :
Check "Share this folder"; Share name : "Report VIP$" (Add $ at end of name); Permissions : Everyone only Read - OK
Inside Report folder - Create a new folder named "Report Detail"
WIN111 : Access to folder shared
Start - \\DC22 === Only display Report folder, do not display "Report VIP" folder
Start - \\DC22\Report VIP$ === Display "Report Detail" folder === OK ^^
