Join in with this lower body focussed Primal Flow. If you need more rest at any point, you can just pause us and work towards improving your recovery as well as your strength and fitness. All Primal Flow workouts are to time so you can work at a pace that suits you.

5 sets (30-45 seconds rest):
1 Over head squat (30s)
2 Forward lunge with twist (45s)
3 Reverse prone step (60s)
4 Kick across body (75s)
5 Side lunge twist (90s)
