180 г или 3/4 стакана сахар
0,7 л воды
0,250 мл уксус яблочный или любой 6%
2,5 см имбирь
2 ст.л.без горки соль
1. Овощи берите те что вам нравятся и по сезону
2. Нарезать произвольно, все сложить в подходящую емкость 🫙 и залить горячим маринадом .
3. Овощи оставить на столе до остывания маринада . Через 2 часа их уже можно есть . Я предпочитаю оставить мариноваться на ночь в холодильнике .
Подходит ко всему ! Очень вкусно 😋

MARINADE:

2 cuillères à soupe rase de sel
1. Prenez des légumes que vous aimez et de saison.
2. Coupez comme vous voulez , mettez le tout dans un récipient adapté 🫙 et versez la marinade chaude.
3. Laissez les légumes sur la table jusqu'à ce que la marinade refroidisse. Au bout de 2 heures, ils peuvent déjà être mangés. Je préfère le laisser mariner toute la nuit au réfrigérateur.
