MOSFET Switching Characteristics 1
In this video, I explain the switching characteristic of a CMOS MOSFET and a Power MOSFET. The POWER and CMOS MOSFET have different switching characteristic and I show how to derive an equation that will help to predict the fall time of the MOSFET. I then run SPICE simulation to verify my results.
