How to Fix Windows Start Bar/Button in Windows 10
In today’s tutorial, I’m going to show you how to fix your Windows start bar if it’s not working and becomes unresponsive when you try to click on it.
To get started:
1. Open the Task Manager application by holding down the "CTRL" and "shift" keys on your keyboard, and then click on the “esc” key at the same time.
2. The Task Manager application will now open up.
3. From the Task Manager modal window, make sure you’re on the “Processes” tab, and then scroll all the way down until you find a process called “Windows Explorer”.
4. Once you locate this process, right click on it, and select the “Restart” option from the context menu.
5. The Windows Explorer service will now restart, and the Windows start bar should now be working again.
And it’s as easy as that, getting the Windows start bar to work again when it becomes frozen is a fairly simple task to perform.
