How to make Pistachio Orgeat and what to do with it

Pistachio orgeat is much like regular almond orgeat, just made with pistachios. You chop up nuts, soak them, strain out the nut milk, add sugar and thats all you need. I also added rose water and fortified it with rum.

The Japanese Cocktail I made was my favorite.
2 oz Aquavit
.5 oz Pistachio Orgeat
2 dashes Angostura bitters
shake and Strain into a coupe, no garnish.
