Lavender Syrup!
Lavender! not Lavander. We have lots of lavender in the yard, so I like to make lavender syrup every year to use some of it. It is really easy, just simple syrup (1:1), with lavender flowers steeped in it.
I like to make gin drinks with it, like a gin, lavender soda, and honey syrup is pretty refreshing and great.
