Egg white foams in the iSi whipper are super fun, relatively easy and impressive to your friends. Here are a couple of videos I refer to when thinking about foams:

Basically you need egg whites, some kind of acid, and some other liquid which can be anything from booze to water. Here is what I did:
2 egg whites
1 oz lime juice
.75 oz mango syrup
.5 oz passionfruit Liqueur
3 oz water
You put all this into your iSi whipper and charge with 2 NO2 cartriges, shake it up a bit, and keep it cool and it should be great.

For a drink I did a quick riff on a rum Old Fashioned
1.5 oz Rel McCoy 3 yr Rum
.25 oz Hampden Overproof
.5 oz Mango Syrup
.5 oz Aperol
1 Dash Angostura
1 Dash Orange bitters
