Wear Installer: how to install Dexcom G6 watchface onto older WearOS watches
Update 3 May 2023: Dexcom have updated the G6 app so that you can install the watchface from the Play Store in some but not all countries. For example, the watchface can be installed directly from the Play Store in the UK but not currently in the US. For those countries where the watchface is still not available in the Play Store, you can continue to use Wear Installer as shown in this video.
Update 31 March 2023: the latest version of Wear Installer adds support for WearOS 2 watches running Android 7 and 8. There is no longer any need to run the Easy Fire Tools app :-)
This video shows how to use Wear Installer along with Easy Fire Tools to install the Dexcom G6 watchface onto watches running older versions of WearOS (Android 7.1.1 and Android 8).
