When I'm Home allows you to set a reminder or message on your WearOS watch which is triggered automatically when you return home. The app will post a notification with your message and optionally speak the message as well.
This video shows how to install the When I'm Home app to your WearOS watch using Wear Installer 2. The video then shows the one-time setup to store your home location, enable app permissions, and change settings if needed.
