Today I'm trying Suze. I will taste it and tell you if it's worth buying for your home bar. I also made a lovely cocktail I'm calling:
Boxing Day
1.5 oz Mezcal
.75 oz Cap Course (Or Lilet Blanc)
.5 oz Suze
1 dash Bergemot Bitters (Or another Citrus Bitters)

Suze is amazing, but not the first bottle you should buy.
