Greek Salad Ingredients:
lettuce leaves;
150 grams of Feta cheese;
50 grams of pitted olives;
3 medium fresh cucumbers;
1 large fresh tomato;
1 large fresh bell pepper;
1 medium head of onion;
Greek salad dressing:
fresh basil (can be replaced with 1 teaspoon of dried basil);
1 teaspoon of dried oregano (I have Provence herbs);
2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
ground black pepper, salt to your taste;
50 - 60 ml. olive oil.
