3. Go on platforms such as Upwork, where people are specifically looking for Ruby developers.
4. The average hourly rate ranges and typically falls between 32$ and 40$ (accordingly to salary.com) and $59 per hour accordingly to (UpWork.com). The hourly rate can vary widely depending on many important factors, including your education, certifications, additional skills, and the number of years you have spent in your profession.
5. Leverage the hiring of other developers to break through the time barrier
6. You have two options to start leveraging the hiring of other developers. Recruit developers who are less experienced or more experienced than you and treat them as either (respectively) employees or consultants.
7. Package your offer to get out of the limited funnels such as UpWork towards the funnels on which you can offer specific, "pre-packaged" solutions (such as Fiverr or LinkedIn (as those are more scalable on the delivery end)).
