In today's video i'm gonna show you how to make 8k per month with recruitment this is an amazing business for those of you who have this trouble of working with the customers who don't pay you enough or always slack with the payments and the reason for this is that those clients who are looking for recruitment they actually have the budget because think about this when do you think about recruitment you think about recruitment when you already have the sales you have a good lead generation funnel you have project management you just need more people you just need more people in your company whether this is people who deliver the service whether this is whoever else in the business so usually those who hire they have a well functioning company and there is going to be a whole spectrum of different types of businesses for which you could recruit but this is one of those businesses that definitely solves the problem of hey my customers never have the money and a lot of you who are watching my channel and a lot of people in the industry who are offering something like um consulting just like i do inside of the tribal mastermind or any of you who offer some kind of coaching with sales or like how to get sales um they actually target customers who don't often have um the the budget the biggest challenges um if you think about you know helping somebody get more leads or helping somebody get more sales you actually most likely help people who don't have uh customers just yet it's not always the case because in tribal mastermind we have uh people who come from bigger companies they have the budget to work with us we have people who already have businesses uh and in the same way um we have uh people who sell things like or or there's a lot of people who sell things like um lead generation funnel or explainer videos and they still have wealthy customers right but more often than not when you offer something like recruitment or if you think of any service that is directed at people who have the money you're usually going to have people who don't have the time but have the budget and this is a really nice customer to work with if you are having this trouble right now with uh collecting the cash from your current customers some other examples of businesses like this uh is for example uh done for you dating recruitment where uh you have somebody just getting you updates instead of you doing this your self and those businesses are out there and um some people do it and a lot of people use those services um and those are the people who again don't have the time but have the money okay and this is an interesting type of a customer and recruitment is in the realm of those types of businesses and there is going to be loads of things so just open your mind and think about all the other businesses you could think of that people who have the money but don't have the time are looking for something that solves an actual problem it's it's really kind of like reshaping your mind and not thinking of like how do i sell something to somebody who has a lot of time but doesn't have the money which doesn't make sense from business perspective but the other way around and this really tells us about the basic principle then we're going to jump into the recruitment in a second and how this business model works but this tells us about the actual principles of how money and the time works because money essentially is a credit of a time and value that you've invested into something that other people owe you right essentially this is the time you're buying the time this is the credit of time you're buying some services like you're buying uh rocket salad like you maybe you've seen on my instagram story i like cooking i made this ricotta parmesan wraps uh from my favorite restaurant pizza fruity and i try to make it myself and uh as you can imagine um i don't want to make ricotta cheese myself right they want to get rockets out of myself i pay somebody for their time to do it for me and then sure i could learn how to plant rocket salad i don't even know where it grows does ...
