hey tribe matt here in this video i'm gonna show you a simple method to measure quality control a lot of you who have growing businesses have trouble with understanding how do i actually measure the quality of my services you start realizing that i can measure how many sales calls we've got i can measure how many sales we've got converted into new clients i can measure how many websites we have delivered or how many products or services we have delivered but you haven't yet figured out the way of how do i measure the quality of services and you start realizing that this is increasingly important because you have less and less time discussing with your customer personally whether they are happy with your services and what happens is that you start having those team members who deliver services you can't even talk with your customers and with a huge base of customers that are working with your company on an ongoing basis you need certain clear metrics on whether you are doing a good job or whether you are simply saying performing hd service so how do you go about it with this basic knowledge that you already have with understanding what the basic measurements like key performance indicators or key result indicators or how can you make it in a simple way just by applying what you already know and designing a simple qc quality control process right away keep watching this video to get an answer so you can set it up right after watching this video without too much hassle and without reading books however i'm gonna recommend you some good book that you can read if you want to get deeper in this topic but just after watching this you're going to have a basic idea on how to set it up so surprising fact is that you don't actually need to come up with some new crazy metrics all you need is you can use your car and knowledge on how kpis and kris work and really if you want to get yourself outside of the delivery and you want to get yourself outside of even managing the delivery process and have it completely independent and you just want to look into those metrics then this is going to be completely fine surely there are a lot of other qc ways but we're going to focus on the 80 20 rule of what you really need to implement right now to make it work so we just need kpis and kris so just for those of you who don't know what kpis and kris are kpis are key performance indicators and those are metrics that you set inside of your company to measure anything in numbers for example how many new leads we've got this week how many sales calls we've got from those leads how many leads we have converted and now since we're talking about delivery part of the business more an example would be more of okay how many clients it would deliver the service to what's the score on the survey and now what you're realizing is we're getting to kris so those are key results indicators so whereas kpis measure action that is in control of you or in control of your team so how many people i approach as in how many phone numbers are dial i don't know how many of those i can convert into customers surely we have some data behind it we know some numbers we know that the average conversion rate can be from a setter call let's say 20 percent in a closer call to where it's 80 percent etcetera etcetera we can have this data in um in the company but this is a result this is a result data so what is the result of your service so you essentially are setting up new kpis and new kris within the delivery part of the business to understand how good is the delivery so what you want to do is spend half an hour to an hour figuring out how can you measure deliverables uh to your customers so one of the ways is for example whether the project has been delivered on time and you can just measure how many of your projects has been delivered on time or when you work towards a certain roi with customers like for example inside of the tribal mastermind we work towards getting 10 000 euros in monthly revenue for our companies for our customer uh companies companies of our customers what we just measure is whether we can do it within 12 months or not and this spits out our success rate so how much time does it take for you to deliver is pretty much a measurable kri okay so you can ...
