In this video I'm gonna show you how to build a business around generating leads for other companies. This is called lead generation so this is about building so-called lead generation agency and this is a done for you service. This is great for two reasons, first of all you can target customers who have high margins, high ticket products in b2b sales and this means that you're going to create quite nice revenue for yourself because generally speaking high ticket b2b is a good type of customer to target and secondly this is great if you don't have your product yet a lot of you don't have a product yet you don't know whether you should sell websites or whether you should sell i don't know like music or designs or um or sales or recruitment or you don't have that service just yet so this is great for you to start to generate leads for other companies and as long as you're going to offer something for b2b in the future for a specific customer niche in the future you are actually going to have this funnels built that we're going to build for lead generation for other companies that you can reuse in the future so this means that you're going to learn something once you're going to be able to get customers for other companies and once it's there and you come up with this new cool idea for your own product then it's totally fine you're most likely going to be able to reuse those funnels so let's jump right into the strategy that is pretty common for people that i've worked with inside of the tribal mastermind so it's proven to work and i will brief you through basics of how much to charge how to get those leads for the customer so how to actually deliver the service how to find customers yourself and i'm gonna give you a few tips and tricks here and there so you can start right after watching this video so first thing that you want to do is to figure a funnel to get customers for yourself and what we're going to do with this method is we're going to use the exact same funnel to get customers for yourself so we're going to try to pick one way of getting customers whether this is using called emails and you can use tools like lemlist to send cold emails but of course you want to know how to get great lists and if you don't know how to do it then check some of my other videos or check tribal mastermind where we actually teach you how to get those lists but you can do things like getting called um emails sent out you can do things like uh sending linkedin messages and there is loads of different funnels on my youtube channel that you can check i share most of the strategies on how to run those channels for free so check this out and you're gonna see how those finals are developed now the trick here is that you're gonna use the same funnel for your customers and for yourself so what are you gonna build linkedin what are you gonna use called email you're gonna use the pretty much same thing for getting customers for your customers so you're gonna approach people through those funnels and then you're gonna offer them um lead generation packages and here's the thing most of the people who are starting out they think that uh okay i'm gonna offer something like per pay-per-lead system where you're gonna offer to your customers that um okay give me fifty dollars for for one liter ten dollars for one lead this is not really a good option because it doesn't really show a commitment from your customer the problem with this is that your customers are probably going to be cheap and you don't really want to work with cheap customers you prefer to work with customers who are gonna pay you at least thousand dollars thousand euros per month and we have clients inside of the tribal mastermind who charge around 3 000 euros per month for lead generation package so this is definitely a reachable goal if you work with proper companies not with uh let's say cheap customers that you probably don't even want to work with for obvious reasons because those customers who pay you the most usually generate the least travel and those customers who pay you the least usually generate the most trouble for you so with this pareto rule of 80 20 we're going to focus on this 20 of high quality customers just get a couple of them and you're pretty much set at making uh more than eight thousand uh ten thousand dollars or euros per month i would recommend you starting with a package of thousand dollars or a thousand euros per month and i would create a financial prognosis where you're ...
