I am so happy to have finally beat Radabeast on my RL1+0 playthrough! Having to learn two boss movesets is a pain, but by the end I was able to defeat Radagon without even paying that much attention because I had fought him so much. It's not like beating all the other bosses in the game even on a hitless run. With the other bosses, you beat them once and move on. With this fight you unlock an opportunity to practice the Elden Beast boss only when you beat Radagon, which you pretty much always have to do hitless because he will typically oneshot you. And learning Elden Beast's moves took a long time, so by then Radagon was pretty well memorized.

The hardest part of this was having Elden Beast create unwinnable situations with Elden Stars or some combo of his other projectile moves. There is definitely luck involved, but using Black Flame Tornado for most of the damage will hopefully defeat him fast enough to limit experiencing those situations.

The loadout I used in this video:
Stone Club with Flaming Strike (weapon dropped by various Battlemages such as in Miquella's Haligtree, ash of war is dropped by a teardrop scarab in Redmane Castle in Caelid)
Short Spear with Black Flame Tornado (weapon purchased from the Twin Maiden Husks in Roundtable Hold)
Green Turtle Talisman (found in a chest under Summonwater Village in Limgrave behind a stonesword key fogwall)
Radagon's Soreseal (found in Fort Faroth in Caelid behind a giant rat)
Ritual Sword Talisman (found in Lux Ruins in the Altus Plateau region after defeating the boss)
Fire Scorpion Charm (found on a wooden platform in Fort Laiedd within Mt. Gelmir)
Strength-knot Crystal Tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick (boosts strength by 10 for 3 minutes, found in a bowl on the ground on a hill north-west of the Stormhill Shack site of grace)
Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick (dropped by the Putrid Avatar boss near the Minor Erdtree in Caelid)
Exhaulted Flesh consumable

In the thumbnail, RL1 means "rune level 1", WL0 means "weapon level 0" or no weapon upgrades, and "hitless" means I didn't get hit :)
