The Godskin duo wasn't actually terribly difficult using sleeping pots to turn it into a 1 vs 1 fight! My strategy was to use the same parry tactics I used in my tutorial video on how to defeat the Noble, and only fight the Apostle from long range until he summons the Noble again. I just tried to parry fireballs and poison the Apostle, and I did the majority of the actual damage against the Noble. You can't stay too close to the Noble at all times though because he has an unreactable move he uses when you're close for too long, so you have to keep running away constantly. This is why parrying is the best way to fight him. Rot pots would have made the fight much easier as they are made of Ritual pots instead of Cracked pots so you can still carry 20 sleeping pots with them, I just didn't want to bother getting the ingredients. If you want to copy this strategy and use them though, the fight will go faster. You will need to grind for Trina's Lily's for sleeping pots which can only be done effectively with the Consecrated Snowfields region unlocked, just something to note. There is an easy way to defeat Commander Niall by using Bewitching Branches on his summons, so you should do that before trying to learn the Duo.

Tutorial on fighting the Noble:    • How to easily defeat the Godskin Nobl...

The loadout I used in this video:
Lightning infused Misericorde with Lightning Slash (the weapon is found behind a stonesword key fog wall in Stormveil Castle, and the ash of war is dropped by a Teardrop Scarab in an enemy camp outside Leyndell's outer walls)
Riveted Wooden Shield with Carian Retaliation (shield is purchased from the nomadic merchant in Mistwood near Fort Haight, ash of war is purchased from Pidia, Carian Servant in Caria Manor after defeating Loretta)
Ritual Sword Talisman (found in Lux Ruins in the Altus Plateau region after defeating the boss)
Dagger Talisman (found in Volcano Manor after defeating the Godskin Noble)
Radagon's Soreseal (found in Fort Faroth in Caelid behind a giant rat)
Lightning Scorpion Charm (found in a chest behind a stonesword key fogwall in Wyndham Catacombs on Mt Gelmir)
Kukri (purchased from a nomadic merchant by the Castle Morne Rampart Site of Grace in the eastern side of Weeping Peninsula)
Poisonbone Dart (purchased from a nomadic merchant near the Aeonia Swamp Shore site of grace in Caelid)
Sleep Pots (crafted using Mushrooms, Trina's Lily's, and Cracked Pots with the Fevor's Cookbook [1])
Lantern (purchased from a nomadic merchant on the west coast of the Weeping Peninsula by the Isolated Merchant's Shack site of grace)
Dexterity-knot Crystal Tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick (boosts dexterity by 10 for 3 minutes, found in a bowl on the ground on an island near the Boilprawn Shack in the Liurnia of the Lakes region)
Lightning-Shrouding Cracked Tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick (boosts Lightning damage for 3 minutes, dropped by an Erdtree Avatar in Liurnia of the Lakes)

In the thumbnail, RL1 means "rune level 1", WL0 means "weapon level 0" or no weapon upgrades, and "hitless" means I didn't get hit :)
