Well i know some of you are really confused about this new banner and stuff. It's pretty confusing honestly, but since i pretty much understood it well. I will explain to you with better explanation. Hopefully, you will understand how it works. So let me have your attention. Anyway, let's get started.
"Chronicled Wish" is a new Event Wish where you can wish for certain characters and weapons that are making a comeback.
In this wish, you have a chance to get random 5-star, 4-star, and 3-star items. What's special is that, unlike other Event Wishes, this one includes both 5-star characters and 5-star weapons. It also features some characters and weapons that were exclusive to previous event wishes.
For "Chronicled Wish," you need Intertwined Fate to make wishes. Before wishing, you choose a "Chronicled Path" by picking a 5-star character or weapon from the list.
If you choose a character, all the 5-star items you get will be characters. If you choose a weapon, all the 5-star items will be weapons. for example, if you choose jean, the only thing you can get from this banner will be characters ONLY. you will not get any weapons from this banner. Even if you were to lose the 50, 50. you will get a 5 star character. Unless you Change the chronicled path to a weapon.
There are guarantees for both 5-star and 4-star items. After 90 wishes, you're guaranteed a 5-star item. When you get a 5-star item, there's a 50% chance it will be the one you picked. You're guaranteed a 4-star or above item at least once every 10 attempts. so basically you get a 4 star every 9 pulls.
If you choose a 5-star item and get a different one, you'll get 1 Fate Point. Once you collect the maximum (1 Fate Point), the next 5-star item you get is guaranteed to be the one you initially picked.
If you change your choice or get the current chosen item, the Fate Points reset to 0. so if you were to choose a different Chronicled path, the fate points will RESET to 0. Warning, Better not do that accidently.
for example. if you pick Jean as your chosen 5-star character, the 5-star items you can get are only characters, not weapons.To take Version 4.5's Chronicled Wish as an example, if you chose the character Jean as your Designated Item, then the 5-star items you might receive would be limited to the characters in the image below (and would therefore not include weapons). As Jean is the Designated Item, if you were to receive the character Eula instead, you would receive 1 Fate Point (the maximum amount). The next 5-star item that you'd obtain would then be guaranteed to be Jean.
The guarantee count in "Chronicled Wish" keeps adding up and carries over to the next "Chronicled Wish." However, this count is separate from guarantees in other wishes. But, Fate Points won't carry over to the next "Chronicled Wish." They reset to 0 when the current "Chronicled Wish" ends.
it will only feature characters who had more 3 reruns before. And also it will not feature archons. So not venti.
