PRIME ORGANIC RIBEYE STAKE WITH CHEESY PASTA

FOR THE STAKE

Ingredients

01. 1 Prime organic Ribeye stake 220 g
02 100 g of unsalted butter
03. salt and pepper

METHOD

01. Add Salt and Pepper at both sides of the stake
02. Place it on a grill
03. add 50 g of butter to 1 side
04. in 4 minutes flip the stake and add the rest of the butter at the top
05. Grill for another 4 minutes
06. let it rest for 4 Minutes

FOR THE CHEESY PASTA

Ingredients

01. 100 g of Blue cheese
02. 100 g Of cream cheese
03. 120 g of what pasta you like

METHOD

01. In a big Pot boil some water and add salt
02. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes less than what the package says
03. in a big pan add the cheeses and heat them on low heat until they melt. Make sure you mix the cheese all the time to not stick to the pan or get burned.
04. Add some pasta water and mix.
05. Add your pasta and mix
06. Plate and ENJOY
