WINTER PUMPKIN SOUP

Ingredients

01. 500 g of diced Pumpkin
02. 1 stock pot
03 1.5 liters od water
04. 2 Medium Potatoes
05. 150 g of cilantro
06. 1 Pealed Onion
07. 1 Pealed shallot
08 2 Garlic Cloves
09. 1 Leek
10. 2 spring onions
11. Parsley
12. Salt and Pepper

METHOD

01. Add all the ingredients in the large pot and boil for 2 hours on low heat.
02. Remove the cilantro, Celery and leek
03. Blend with a hand blender.
04. plate your dish, add some Double Cream and ENJOY
