AFCON 2025 tournament in Morocco moved to December
The tournament was pushed back six months due to FIFA's new expanded Club World Cup with 32 teams in the U.S. next Summer. Morocco is investing heavily to upgrade its stadium infrastructure, and the African football showpiece is expected to boost tourism and bolster the economy in the north African country.
