Aid groups warn of serious hunger crisis in Sudan
Three leading aid organizations have warned that Sudan is facing a serious hunger crisis of historic proportions. The groups say that funding for much needed relief efforts is drying up, with only 41% of the humanitarian response plan for Sudan funded. The groups want the international community to urgently support humanitarian efforts in the conflict-hit country.
