►Lesson Description: In this lesson I show you how to use nth_element which is useful for various applications related to 'partitioning' data. I'll show you a real world use case with a median filter briefly for image processing. The combination of nth_element with partial_sort can also be useful for finding the 'nth largest' values for a partition. I've found these two algorithmic building blocks very useful for thinking about computation.
