First issue is that people don’t train them with the same intensity that they do every other body part. Start doing drop sets, mechanical drops and post set partials. Second, training once a week isn’t going to cut it, up the frequency to start getting results. Finally, how you flex your calf matters so be purposeful with the pronation and supination of your feet!
