The Laphroaig PX Cask Triple Matured is a travel retail exclusive bottling and it's Laphroaig as you've never seen it before.
Triple matured means it's literally matured three times, once in the standard ex-bourbon casks, then again in the infamous quarter casks and finally in PX (pedro ximenez) sherry casks.
All this effort makes for a surprisingly well rounded dram that is both typical Laphroaig and very different.
