Rather than white balancing using my ColorChecker chart, I left the white balance locked on FiLMiC Pro's daylight preset. I'm finding this actually gives much more consistent results through color correction than white balancing each shot using the chart. Exposure (ISO and shutter speed) was also pretty much constant during shooting.
The shots matched out of camera very well and required minimal actual correction shot to shot after the FiLMiC deLogV2 LUT, before using FilmConvert for color and film grain. I have started to shoot this way exclusively since this test.
