Beastgrip Pro 1.33X Anamorphic Lens MK2 Cinematic iPhone Video Test
A test of the Beastgrip Pro 1.33X Anamorphic Lens MK2 shot with the iPhone 12 Pro Max using FiLMiC Pro LOGv3. This video is also my first test using the Dehancer film emulation plugin in DaVinci Resolve, using the FiLMiC LOGv3 camera profile.
Without a doubt this new anamorphic lens by Beastgrip has the best optical performance of any smartphone anamorphic lens I've used to date. Particularly impressive is the focus sharpness across the whole field of view, all the way to the edges, and also the control and minimization of chromatic aberration.
