Long Beach Animal Care Services – Buddy (#A708546) is eagerly seeking a human buddy of his very own. This fun boy is a diamond in the 'ruff' that will thrive with love, exercise & a little guidance. He's just over a year old & the perfect mid-size at 50 pounds. Buddy came to us as a stray in early October & he’s a young, friendly dog struggling with the stress of life in a shelter. He’s a handsome tricolor with great brindle markings. Buddy knows his sit command & is smart & eager to learn new skills. He takes toys & treats very gently. He still has a bit of the puppy zest for life, but he’s a good mid-energy – active & athletic, but not hyper. Will you be his forever buddy?
Our shelter remains over-capacity & our staff & volunteers are truly working tirelessly to avoid euthanasia whenever possible, but WE NEED YOUR HELP.
