This example explains on how to use TRUNC function in Excel. The syntax of the function contains two arguments, where first argument requires the location of the cell containing the number to be truncated or number itself. The second argument requires the number after the decimal points to be defined.
The TRUNC is a math function in Excel used in cases where you have to highlight the residual number or have this referenced somewhere else. This function can work wonders in applying precision with smartness to your worksheet!
