Because free-bass works the left hand quite intensely employing the thumb as a pivot point for difficult passages, I've slightly injured my left thumb. Of course, the best treatment is rest. That's why I've chosen to play a piece for the right hand only. This is the 3rd movement - the Allegro from Carl Philip Emmanuel Bach's beautiful sonata for solo flute. Among the great J.S. Bach's children Carl Philip was the most accomplished & widely-acclaimed. Perhaps his most well-known composition is "Solfeggietto", which I've recorded on standard accordion.
