In this tutorial, we’re going to show you how to transpose rows and columns in Excel 2016.
The first method is to select your data, Copy it, and Paste it. After copying, right-click and go select Paste Special. Then find Transpose.

The other method is using the TRANSPOSE() formula. Select the area where you want the data to be transposed, and use TRANSPOSE() with your data as a parameter.
