In this video, we’ll show you How to Convert a JSON File to Excel.

At times, we need to convert a JSON file into different formats, like the xlsx. Here’s how to do it.

Open your spreadsheet.
Go to the Data tab, from the drop-down menu choose the From File option, then choose From JSON.
Find the JSON file on your local disk and click Import.
Click the “To table” option to convert the data into a table.
Click OK.
To expand the columns, tap the double arrow, then choose “expand to new rows”.
Tap the double arrow again and enable the fields you want to show.
Disable the “Use original column name as prefix” option and click ok.
To convert your json data into excel, click the “close and load” button then select “close and load” option .
The data will now be imported into a new worksheet in Excel.
Go to the file tab, select save as and save the file.
