How To Add Whatsapp Link To Instagram Profile (Mobile Guide)

In this video, I will show you how to add your Whatsapp Link to your Instagram profile.

Go to your instagram app and login to your account.

Tap on the profile icon on the bottom right.

This will take you to the profile page. Tap on edit profile.

Many options will show and you want to tap on the “Add Link” option.

Then, select “add external link”.

In the URL tab, you want to type in W A dot M E slash, followed by your phone number, starting with your country code without the plus sign. You do not need to add any hyphen or space in between.

You can also add a name for it below.

Tap on the “correct” sign and this will be saved.

Now go back to your profile and you will see the whatsapp link on there. Tap on more and now tap on your whatsapp link.

This will take you to a new section, prompting you to leave instagram. Tap on continue and it will take you directly to whatsapp chat of that number.
