In this video, I will show you how to reverse image search on Google Images.

For this example, I will be using an image from a stock photo site called pexels. This penguin stock photo is what I will choose.

You can download the image into your computer to use it as the reverse image search.

Alternatively, you can also copy the link address if the image was sent or shared via other social media sites such as instagram or whatsapp.

Once you have the image downloaded or have the image url copied, you want to head over to google dot com.

Now, click on the image link. This will take you to the google image search.

Next, click on the camera icon.

You will be given the option to either upload the image or paste the image URL.

Let’s upload the image first. You will then see the option “find image source”. Clicking on this will prompt google to reverse image search and find all relevant sites that have the same exact image.

For this example, many images are traced back to Pexels dot com and a few are from X, the social media site.

If you opted for the paste image URL option, you will also get similar results after clicking on the “find image source” link.
