Roku Remote Not Working??? The easiest way to fix your Roku Remote not connecting is to unplug your ROKU device from the wall for 30 seconds and plug it back in. The second tip on fixing your Roku device, involves taking the batteries out of the Roku Remote.
This most commonly fixes the issues I have with the pairing problems. This will automatically start to put your remote into pairing mode if not connected. Also, there is a pairing button near the battery compartment on most ROKU remotes. Press the button down for 5 seconds and release. Your devices should start searching for Roku sticks to pair with.
