What Equipment Do You Need To Stream On Twitch? [2021]
Hiya! This video will share what equipment you need to stream on Twitch, especially for those on a budget. I'm not an expert on what equipment you need, but I do have some recommendations in this video, as well as some alternatives in the description. Let me know if you all have any suggestions for equipment, so that I can list some here to help our community out to start streaming! :D
This video is for those who are looking for a budget for equipment, or are looking where to start with streaming equipment. As I said, I'm no expert in this field, but I do have some recommendations on what I believe can work for you. However, you're open to try out alternatives that works equally, if not, better than what I offered. This video is just to give you some ideas on where you can start. The most important thing about equipment is having a microphone. No one is going to walk into a stream with no commentary 99 percent of the time. With YouTube videos, it's exceptional, cause some just want to see a gameplay with no commentary. While for streams, a majority need a microphone to commentate, and engage. Be sure to have that, and you should be good with commentary, podcasts, covers, etc.

When I started streaming, I didn't know what were the right equipment choices for me, cause I thought I needed very high-end equipment in order to bring in high quality streams. The point is, if you want to start streaming, you'll have to start somewhere. Your equipment doesn't have to be expensive. As long as people can hear you, see you clearly, and you engage while bringing in the genre you're streaming with events, collabs, giveaways, etc. you'll do great! You just need to be consistent, and patient with this. I started with nothing, but my blue yeti, and gameplay. No alerts, facecam, lighting, none. So, I have some recommendations on what you need to get if you're on a budget. I promise you, as long as you're consistent, you will see growth results. There's no right or wrong equipment. Everyone has a variety of equipment, so these are just my suggestions.
