Here are the Streamlabs OBS Best Video Settings For 1080P 60FPS! It depends on your PC's specs, and I went over it in this video!
Just know you're probably not going to get THE best of the best settings, but you'll get the best settings out of your PC, as all PCs have their limits. Use what you have now, and worry about upgrades later on, especially if you plan to take streaming seriously :D

Keep messing around with your stream settings, and you'll eventually find a comfortable spot for your PC to handle your stream settings! Keep in mind that Streamlabs OBS uses more of your PC's CPU/GPU if I recall. I use it due to its simplicity.
