Amateur Hog Butcher How-to
We butchered our first pasture raised pig by ourselves with the help of some friends. This is not an exhaustive process but if you’re looking for an amateur hog butchering then this video is for you. We go over the guns and pros and cons of each and how many different cuts we get in the end.
