Beautiful Gardens and Dinosaur Fossils | Lugano, Switzerland
Lugano is like a little Italy, nestled in the south of Switzerland. In the city, there was a beautiful park called Parco Ciani. It is a park with a great playground and filled with incredible flowers! But what i liked best of all was that it was right on the water and there was a beautiful gateway that led to the water. It's really something you shouldn't miss in Lugano.
Our campground was about 15 minutes away and we were able to stay right on the water. It great to be able to stay at a campground every once in a while. Yes, it's going to cost more, but it's safer and usually has more amenities, like a washer and dryer.
The next day we were able to squeeze in a surprise for the kids at a Museum of Fossils! Our kids are big dinosaur lovers so this was a great surprise for them. After naps, we headed to the town of Morcote. Morcote has another incredible park that is really like a botanical garden. It's really really beautiful and worth a visit. Plus it was FREE!
Overall we had a great time in the south of Switzerland!
