Printing Tips for Holiday Cards and Understanding Print Resolution
In this video, I go over two difficult concepts when it comes to understanding how megapixels, file sizes and how that relates to making prints.
I also go over a few tips an recommendations I have for making your holiday card this year.
1. Shoot with intent so that you have space for your headline
2. Make as many vertical and horizontal compositions as possible so that you have flexibility in choosing a template or making your own
3. Pick a press printed option (card stock) for a more polished and professional look
4. Make your card double-sided
5. I always include the year and often the kid's ages so that we have them for our archive
6. If you have a little Photoshop skill you might be able to make your own card and customize it to your liking and then use a blank template from your lab
