Salt – 1 pinch
Vanilla sugar – 10 g = 2 tsp.
Ground cardamom (optional) – ¼ tsp.

Sugar – 80 g = 3-3.5 tbsp.
Cocoa powder – 20 g = 2 tbsp.
Sour cream 15% - 50 g = 2.5 tbsp.
