Cabbage Pies in the Oven: A simple recipe for perfect dough for pies, pastries, and buns, as well as cabbage filling for pies.

butter - 50 g (2.5 tbsp)
flour - 500 g (about 4 cups*)

carrot - 100 g (1 pc.)
vegetable oil - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
cabbage - 350-400 g (¼ head)
salt - to taste
ground black pepper - to taste
✅ Additionally:
egg yolk - 18 g (1 pc.)
warm milk - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
