Ingredients for the shortcrust pastry ( 60 cookies )
500 g 00 flour
4 egg yolks
150 g butter
150 g icing sugar
1 pc fine salt
1 sachet vanillin

Sift the all-purpose flour into a bowl

Separate the eggs, the whites you use for the meringues

Start the planetary mixer with the flour, sugar and vanillin.

Then add the eggs and butter

Form into a ball

cover, leave 30 minutes in the fridge

Roll out the shortcrust pastry 0.15 inch

Cut out hearts with a biscuit cutter

Now cut them in two

Fold the half-heart in half like a comma

Form eyes and mouth

Bake for 10 minutes at 345 F

Sprinkle with icing sugar
