Solved: After Effects Won’t RAM Preview Whole Composition
In this tutorial you’ll learn how to fix After Effects when it won’t or will not RAM Preview or play the whole Composition.
TL;DR you don’t have enough RAM! So here are three steps to help give you more RAM and play more, if not all of your After Effects Composition.
1. Drop the playback resolution down. I recommend down to a Quarter.
2. Close out of other programs and applications like Chrome, Premiere, and Photoshop.
3. Go into AE’s Memory & Performance preferences and give access to more available RAM to AE.
