How to Annotate Images in Preview
You can use the Apple Preview application to annotate images by adding text, underling, adding comments, circling, staring, free-hand commenting, and providing feedback or marking things up. The annotations tools that you can use are located under the Markup toolbar. The ones that are very useful are the text, shapes, and sketch tools.
Note: If you annotate an image file, you can’t edit, move, or delete the annotations after you save the image.
