Ingredients for making curd soufflé:
1. Low-fat cottage cheese - 100 g
2. Apple - 1 pc.
3. Egg - 1 pc.
How to prepare cottage cheese soufflé:
1) Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater.
2) Beat the egg.
3) Mix cottage cheese, egg and apple.
4) The curd soufflé does not rise during baking; you can fill the molds to the very top. Microwave the filled forms for 5 minutes at maximum power.
Check the readiness of the curd soufflé in the microwave by carefully touching the top of the dessert. If there is no trace of cottage cheese on your finger, then the soufflé is ready.
If the cottage cheese sticks to your finger, bake for another 1-2 minutes.
When finished, the top of the soufflé takes on a creamy color.
Serve the curd souffle lightly sprinkled with cinnamon or grated chocolate.
