Ingredients for preparing apricots in syrup:
Apricots
Sugar 2.5 cups (1 cup - 250 ml)
Water 1.3 liters
0.5 teaspoon dry citric acid
Apricot blanks can be made in any jar. I have jars of 700 ml.
You can store such apricots in syrup both in the basement or cellar, and at normal room temperature. But still it is desirable to store in a dark place.
