HAZELNUT PASTE COOKIES
Traditional snack cookies can have all the flavor of hazelnuts with this recipe.

Ingredients:
180g hazelnut and cocoa spread. One egg. 145g 000 flour.
For the topping: 180g hazelnut spread. 50g hazelnut spread.

Process:
1. In a bowl, mix the hazelnut spread with the egg and sifted flour.
2. Once the dough is formed, roll it into a small roll and cut into portions (approximately 15g).
3. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and make a hole in the center to fill them.
4. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
5. Bake in the oven at 170°C for 10 minutes.
6. Once they come out of the oven, fill them with hazelnut cream and garnish with chopped hazelnuts.
